FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the ticket prices for children? At this time childrens tickets are the same price as adult tickets to a certain age, Any child 6 and under will get into the event free. All other children are full price because they will get to experience all parts of the event. PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE THINGS AT THE EVENT THAT ARE SCARY AND THEY WILL NEED TO BE WELL SUPERVISED.
Can anyone get into the VIP party? NO, The VIP party is for Golden ticket holders and Celebrity guests you have to be a Golden ticket holder to enter.
Will there be food at the VIP party? YES, The VIP party is catered and that is included in the price of the golden ticket. The only thing you will have to buy is beverages, there will be a cash bar.
Will there be security at the VIP party? YES, There will be Scare Fest security officers through out the convention and at all events the entire weekend.
When can I pick up my pre sale tickets? You may start picking up your golden and weekend tickets Friday morning, All other pre sale tickets for Fri, Sat, or sunday must be picked up that day.
Do the stars charge for autographs? Yes, All horror stars will charge around $20.00 for an autograph which usually includes an 8X10 photo. All paranormal stars may not charge but it is up to the star.
Will the stars sign my item? Yes, They may charge a fee for this again that will be decided by the star.
Can I take pictures? Yes, Please ask the stars before taking a photo of them.
Will tickets be available at the door? Yes, Tickets will be sold at the door but all ticket prices will increase $5.00, The weekend pass will only be available friday and at the door the price is $55.00. If any Golden tickets are still available they will remain at the price of $95.00. TRY TO GET TICKETS IN ADVANCE AND SAVE MONEY.
Will the stars take Credit/debit cards or check? NO, All stars require cash, there will be ATM machines through out the venue but they may run out of money so try and bring cash in small bills. Most vendors also only except cash.
Are backpacks allowed? Yes, You should have something to carry your items in, we will have a limited amount of goodie bags available at the free stuff table.
May I promote my film or event? Yes, You will be able to place items on our free stuff table that will be stationed at the convention entrance, Please do not place items through out the convention center because their security staff may remove you from the premises.
Can I bring an axe or Machete to be signed? Yes, Usually weapons are banned at the center but due to this event they have allowed them as long as they are covered and not visible prior to entering the convention area, they must remian covered until signed by the star.
Will there be an ecxtra charge for the midnight showings at the Kentucky Theater? Yes, The prices will be as follows: GOLDEN TICKET HOLDERS: $4.00 Nongolden ticket holders: $6.50. For Golden ticket hoklders this is the only event you will be charged for. We had to charge in order for the theater to cover the film rental. ALL GOLDEN TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE SEATED FIRST.
Will there be an extra charge for The Nightmare Haunted House: GOLDEN TICKET HOLDERS WILL GET IN FREE All other ticket holders will receive a $5.00 discount.
What if i am caught stealing? It will be up to the vendor but if I had my guess you will be spending an evening at the Lexington-Fayette County Corrections Center located about 3 miles away.
